ROLE:

• You own the product roadmap and its delivery in terms of its definition and prioritisation, backlog and build specs, UI wireframes, and product roll-out strategy together with your team 🗺
• You execute the product vision, reporting directly to the CTO
• You close the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and fast iterations
• You collaborate with other stakeholders and departments as needed (Operations, Sales, Business Intelligence, Transport Management) to create maximum impact
• You build an ownership-driven environment where responsibility is the key to bringing our product and service offerings to the next level – people and teams first!
• You gather and evaluate data/metrics to visualize performance, progress and guide future product development and uncover product insights 🤓

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sound and relevant experience in a product management role in a B2B software or B2B consumer SaaS environment
• Successfully launched logistics / supply-chain related tech-products from vision to production and further iterations
• Drive to develop logistics tech-products that delight our customers
• Experience in scaling and managing a team of A-players, setting high objectives and the culture to reach them 🎯
• Excellent command and discipline of modern product management practices and frameworks
• Experience working in an agile tech environment (experience using Jira / Trello, tickets specifications, familiarity with Scrum or Kanban-based workflows
• Excellent prioritization, stakeholder management and organizational skills, with excitement for the idea to build the next big thing 💡
• Experience in writing high level concepts as well as user stories and functional design/requirements documents
• Strong focus on product delivery and goal-based management
• Experience in customer implementation and roll-out of logistics/tech solutions 🚚
• Excellent English and would be fantastic for spoken German
