One of the best bits of advice I could give to people taking technical challenges is to go easy on being headstrong and be more open-minded to a different answer/method/process 🤔

If you don’t know the solution, perhaps think out loud of how you would of attempted it and be honest that you don’t know! This way, employers can see your way of thinking and your redeeming qualities are shown better ✅

I tend to hear this often from clients when receiving feedback on a candidate. And a little touch from my opinion – Always spin a negative into a positive 💫
